it looks like the whole neighbourhood park is open now, and phase 4 is being lived in. almost done now, and the final park Galleria is now selling.

i wonder when the park & ride will go, and that farm field next door. i have seen someone bail the grass there. you don't see that in the city every day.

anyone know if this development is officially completed yet? its a big build out, but been going on quite awhile.

Not officially done yet. I would say it's 80-90% there. I drive around that area quite often. It has gotten extremely busy near Capstan.

The changes in that area are mind blowing. I'm so used to it being fenced off and vacant.

South side along Capstan Way still has the Union Square strip plaza.
Not sure if that is commercual strata or under one landlord.
