They have now got most of the 4th floor steel modular wall panels installed on building A. Forming for the 2nd floor slab on building B is wrapping up and should be poured very soon. Work still happening on the foundation footing forming for building C.

They have now poured some of the L1 walls on building C. Forming for 2nd floor walls on building B has started and they are forming for the 5th floor slab on building A.

Have started forming for the 5th floor walls on building A. Forming for the 3rd floor slab started on building B and forming continues for the L1 walls of building C with about half now poured. Framing and external finishing continues on the townhouses south of these.

Forming for the 6th floor slab of building A almost done and should see slab pour soon. The 3rd floor walls of building B are now installed. The last of the L1 foundation walls of building C are now poured.

Forming for the 6th floor walls has started going up for building A. Forming for the 4th floor slab has started for building B. Still working on the L1 walls for building C. Exterior brick and siding has started on the first blocks of townhouses on the south side.

They have now got the 6th floor walls all installed and have started forming for the roof slab on building A. Building B has now got the 4th floor slab poured and they have started forming for the 4th floor walls. Still working on the L1 level of Building C.

Looks like they may have poured the roof slab on building A now. Building B is getting the 5th floor slab forming completed and should be poured within days. They have also started forming the ground floor slab for building C.

Pouring the mechanical penthouse walls on building A today. Forming started for the 6th floor slab on building B. They have now poured the ground floor slab of building C.

Building A is now topped out. Forming for the 6th floor slab in building B. Nearly done installing the ground floor steel modular wall panels on building A. Masonry contractor continues to install the exterior brick on the townhouses to the south and the siding to finish the exteriors.

Forming for the 6th floor walls has started in building B and forming for the 2nd floor slab has started for building C. They have also started framing another townhouse in the group immediately south of these apartment buildings.

Now forming for the roof slab on building B. Have most of the 2nd floor walls now installed on building C. Framing another townhouse well underway now on the southern side of this block.

Forming for the 3rd floor slab on building C has started. Building B appears to have the roof slab poured as forming for the mechanical penthouse has started.

Exterior brick now on site so masonry contractor is likely to be starting on building A soon. Exterior insulation continues on building B. They have now poured the 3rd floor slab on building C and have most of the 3rd floor prefab steel modular wall panels installed.

Masonry contractor now installing the exterior brick on building A. Insulation installation on building B well under way now. Forming has started for the 4th floor walls of building C.

Forming for the 5th floor slab progressing well for building C. Work on exterior brick and insulation continues on Buildings A and B. Looks like they are nearly done framing the last of the townhouses. Still working on the exterior finishing on the others while the first couple are wrapping up.

Now forming the mechanical penthouse walls on the 5s building C. Slowly making progress installing the exterior brick on building A and installing insulation on the exterior of building B. A lot of progress on the exteriors of the townhouse units as they start on the exterior brick and siding on the last units.

Very little progress has been made on the exteriors of these 3 buildings. They have paved a portion of the parking lot however. Work on the townhouses continues with exterior finishing on the last few townhouse units on the north side.

Have now finished the exterior of the first 6s building. Have expanded the paving of the parking lot.
