We’ll have to see when more/better renderings are out, but I do like the way it follows the “V” shape of the corner, and the rounded edge there. As someone123 alludes to, though, the finish materials will make all the difference.
I believe this is a Grafton developments project. So based on their recent history, Green Lantern/ Jade & The Pearl right behind this building, the finishes and overall build quality are relatively high. I’m optimistic this will turn out nice.
