Halifax has grown a lot and gotten a lot of development since, but it's too bad it didn't grow just a bit more during that 1995-2015 era. It would have been nice to get 1 prominent office tower like that plus at least 1 major residential tower development downtown like the original "Twisted Sisters".

The office developments of around 2015 were okay but a bit lackluster and less impressive than the 80s. I'm talking about projects like Waterside Centre for RBC. The exception is TD, although it was a reno rather than full new construction. Maybe it would have been better if the RBC tower had been overhauled instead of something smaller being built in the Historic Properties area.
