I was hoping it would be all grass since it's the final extension of the Capitol Mall. But it does include a lot of pavement.

There’s a webcam in the webcam thread and it appears there will be sidewalks and stuff related to the underground parking garage.

I wish the capital mall grass area was flat. That tilt just throws pictures off.
