There's a bunch of Metros about to surpass the 200k mark soon.
- Moncton (196k)
- Kingston (193k)
- Greater Sudbury (194k)
- Guelph (183k) not too far behind
And as I learned earlier, if Moncton gains another 1M people it will be just like Edmonton

I forgot Conestoga College's existence became tied almost completely to international students. That being said KW seems to keep growing as evidenced by the increasing height of high-rise residential in the linear skyline between Kitchener and Waterloo near the ion streetcar err light rail.
