Lots of progress. The Clayton is forming the 5th and (I think) the final parking garage level before amenity and occupied floors start. A portion of the Buffalo Speedway southbound right lane by the site is going to be closed for a very long time for trucks and equipment as the building gets taller and space gets more scarce.

The Birdsall is also rising. The layout looks more complicated but is following the shape seen in the renderings.

Parcel 3 is getting more activity. Looking forward to that section and the retail buildings coming up before I lose my view of it behind the Clayton.

Also looking forward to more concrete, more backfilling and the end of the dirt pile! Being between the RO and St. John’s new lower school construction the dust has been unreal!
