With Noel mentioning the 'theatre crowd' so often, I wonder if Hermanos is moving into the old restaurant spot within the concert hall itself....it opened to the sunken garden between it and museum...would be a good spot for him.
TV...Have to disagree on that. That space would only be good for before and after performances in the hall or attending the museum. Difficult to access otherwise and too narrow a window for operating. Plus no street presence. If that plaza was better used and more accessible, maybe it would be an interesting spot for a restaurant.

Is that location now called their Sound Bytes Room which they rent out for wedding ceremonies and receptions?

The advantage Hermanos would have is that they have a well-established client base already, so they aren't starting from zero and requiring street presence. People would likely seek it out no matter where it is.
My impressions are the new location won't be a Hermanos by name but a new concept run by his wife serving similar fair to Hermanos.
Did you see his Instagram post? Seemed like he was saying it’s reopening in a different spot, not something similar. He’d be crazy to start over in my opinion.
Just a thought (not based on any conversations): Oomomo closed in St.Vital Centre. formerly a Moxies location. Wouldn't a Stellas be amazing in that location? Front entrance with space for a patio.
