There was once far more rental, & below-market homes in this proposed building across from the UBC Bus Loop. While it fit in with the long planned UBCX SkyTrain station, a warning that public outrage today would led to rejection saw it hacked down from 20 floors to 12

Only the ~30 people at its open house were able to express their thoughts, & a few felt this was still too much to impose on the neighbouring mansions. Whether you agree, or prefer the original 20 floor version, you can make your opinion heard before May 13th with this QR code.
