Edmonton can sustain 2 stores. Apparently Simons in Park Royal had a fire in-store a few weeks ago? anywhere hear about if it was bad or what happened?

So can someone explain to me WTF that rendering of the "River Marriott Hotel and Residences" showing a ~57 storey tower is about?

There's something weird happening with the PCL logo as well.

And you can see that drawing on the wall when they are seated later in the reel.

Dallas Watt Demo is part of the BMGroup (BMG).
But its website does not use the green yellow PCL colours.
The podium on that tower rendering doesn't look like Pacific Centre.

Yeah I have no idea why it would be in the meeting room during the demo phase either. Weird.

The Granville Street Plan was approved less than a year ago. We'll see how buses work out on Seymour and Howe over an extended period as there will be a pedestrian zone for five weeks starting next month, during the World Cup.

The long term plan is still to permanently run the buses on Howe and Seymour.
