Why is the perception of the visual aspects of this building so positive? It looks rather prison-like from the outside, in my mind.

I took a look inside one of the units and was surprised to find very little vision glass. Perhaps a 1/3 ratio of glass to 2/3 dry wall. I wonder why? Most of the surrounding buildings have that ratio in reverse.

The living rooms seem to be wide but not deep, with no ideal location to place a television opposite to a sectional. Again, a weird choice of layout.

I think energy guidelines limit new buildings to 50% vision glass.
