I"m looking for new pre-con info

Hello,

I"m new to the forum. I'm looking for some update on pre-construction applications in Toronto, if anybody has any new info, please let me know.

I"m looking for info on Nobu Residences, so far I have found the below link, but I"m not sure if the info is accurate, at the beginning I thought it was going to be 2 towers connected together, but now they're saying that its 2 separate towers.

Any light that you can shine, please let me know.

New Condos in Toronto

You’re right to double-check since pre-con details change a lot early on. For Nobu, the latest direction is two separate towers, not one connected structure, which happens often as plans go through approvals.

For general updates and active projects, this page is a good source: New Condos in Toronto

It’s regularly updated with current launches, pricing ranges, and timelines, which is more reliable than older listings.

Hope that helps!
