Am I the only one who has been getting this message when trying to assess SRC?

I was just hoping that it might be as tall as The Encore, one of Edmonton's most eye appealing condo towers and 138 meters tall. Why can't this proposed tower be that high?

Maybe someone has heard different, but a friend of mine has a sister that lives at The Parks and she told him it only has an occupancy of around 50% right now. I suspect we won't be seeing phase 2 anytime soon.

That's awesome. I'm really looking forward to the second Parks tower, though.

Lazy reporting.

1. It's not U/C and still in design stage.
2. It most certainly won't be open by 2027, for a 30 storey tower will take 9 months to get out of the ground to podium and you can typically budget a week per floor so call it a 3 year build or mid-2029.

Either way it's positive news, but not quite news as of yet.

It's higher than that, 70% or so.

Oh wow, did not expect to see that tower going so soon after the Connect Centre was sold. Great to see, and the tower does not look half-bad either!
