The property, located at 3902-1568 Alberni St., was just listed for $9,278,000, getting closer to its most recent assessed value of $8,236,000.

According to Zealty’s listing history for the property, the Vancouver sub-penthouse was first listed for sale in June 2024 for $13,500,000. In 2024, the property was assessed at $9,736,000....
