13th Floor, Key International Unveil Nobu-Branded 74-Story Waterfront Tower at 619 Brickell Ave

Nobu Hospitality is expanding its South Florida presence with its first branded residential project in Miami, a 74-story tower planned along Biscayne Bay in the city’s Brickell district. Developed in partnership with Miami-based firms 13th Floor Investments and Key International, 619 Brickell will bring 300 luxury condos, a full collection of high-end amenities, and a new Nobu restaurant to the heart of Miami’s core.

Designed by Foster + Partners in collaboration with Sieger-Suarez Architects, the development will rise beside the historic First Presbyterian Church of Miami at 609-619 Brickell Avenue, one of the few remaining religious buildings on Brickell Avenue. In 2024, city officials removed the historic designation from the east side of the property, allowing for the future demolition of the building’s addition and surface parking lot.

PF Chang's Residences next? Or maybe the Olive Garden Residences if you're on a budget.

I’ll admit that while the older design was odd, it’s also worn on me. The newer design is more like meh, not as exciting as the older one, and very basic. We could only wish that the older design was updated.

New Renderings Reveal Nobu Residences At 619 Brickell In Miami’s Brickell District

Quote:
New renderings reveal Nobu Residences at 619 Brickell, a planned 75-story residential tower in Miami’s Brickell district and the city’s first Nobu-branded residential development. Designed by Foster + Partners and developed by 13th Floor Investments in partnership with Key International, which is also leading sales, the 860-foot-tall tower will rise along Biscayne Bay and yield 296 residences. Nobu Hospitality will oversee the project’s food and beverage programming, including a private residents-only Nobu restaurant, in-residence dining, private chef services, and access to a residents-only private dining room within a new ground-floor Nobu restaurant.

The renderings show a slender glass tower composed of five twisting cassettes, each oriented to maximize water views from the residences. The building’s massing is shaped by rounded corners, stacked residential volumes, and continuous balcony lines that wrap around the tower. Floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces will define the exterior, creating a façade centered on open views and indoor-outdoor living.

The lower levels will contain a significant amenity and hospitality program tied to the Nobu brand. The development will include more than 90,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, with dining, wellness, recreation, and residential service spaces distributed throughout the tower.

A major component of the project is the Nobu Wellness & Longevity Spa, which is planned as part of a $25 million investment in longevity-focused and biohacking amenities. The wellness program will include cryotherapy chambers, hyperbaric oxygen suites, an IV and peptide therapy lounge, physical therapy suites, ozone therapy, and additional treatment spaces.

Beyond the wellness component, Nobu Hospitality will oversee dining experiences throughout the property. Plans call for a full-scale Nobu restaurant at the ground level with exclusive resident access to a private dining room, as well as a residents-only Nobu restaurant on the 11th floor. Additional food and beverage offerings will include a resident-only Nobu café and bar with bay views, in-residence dining, and private chef services.

Residences will range from one- to four-bedroom layouts, along with sky villas and penthouses. Each home is planned with floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive wraparound terraces, and refined interiors. Pricing is expected to begin at $3 million and reach up to $60 million for the largest residences.

An anticipated construction timeline has not yet been announced.
