This would not include Highbury north of the 401 or Thames River. The handful of buildings between Wilton Grove and Ron McNeil would not be a major issue as most of that stretch is farm fields.

Expropriate some, build a service road adjacent for some. There would need to be a rejigging of some of the country roads anyway since I can't see overpasses being built for all of them. Be decades away anyway, lets worry about just widening it before thinking about expressway.

Veterans Memorial should suffice for East London. Almost all of the growth is in West London. This is where a new highway should go (or at least, a controlled access parkway, like Veterans). It really sucks having to spend 30 minutes on unWonderland Road just to get to the 401/403.
