One Delisle Condos 47-storey tower

One Delisle Condos is a mixed-use retail and condominium tower by SLATE in Toronto. This new 47-storey tower project is located at 1 Delisle Avenue on the northwest corner of Yonge Street and St. Clair Avenue West in the Deer Park neighbourhood.

This reminds me of a lot of 8 Spruce in NYC.

It definitely has that sculptural feel similar to 8 Spruce, especially with the flowing façade design. Projects like this are pretty rare in Toronto, so it’s interesting to see something more design-forward at Yonge and St. Clair.

One Delisle Condos is shaping up to be one of the more distinctive towers in Midtown, not just because of the height but the Studio Gang design approach. The mix of retail at grade, the preserved art deco façade, and the tiered collections within the building adds a different layer compared to more typical glass towers.

With pricing starting in the mid $1M range and a 2027 timeline, it’s clearly positioned in the luxury segment, but the location and architecture make it stand out. Curious to see how closely the final build matches the renders.
