Apparently they are planning the new tallest building in Australia on the Gold Coast.

Based on the base, the tower looks to be quite skinny, Billionaire's row skinny to be exact.

To clarify, this is NOT another trump tower. They always slapped their name onto their developments.

1 Park Lane has received approval and strong sales. It’s expected to start this year.
