Calm day with incoming rain showers.

Lake is a stunning mix of colours today, reflecting the sky.

All through this horrific winter I've been saying, "At least with all this snow, we won't burn this summer."

There's still snow on the ground. I don't even know how a wildfire is possible right now but there are multiple brushfires on the go throughout the Avalon Peninsula.

Another hard frost, visible breath coffee run this morning. Fog on the Southside Hills. This time last year my giant crocus bulbs were blooming. That was late enough. Not a sign of life yet this year. Even areas of the city where the grass usually stays green all winter are brown and mushy.

I'll take that as a recommendation and stop by sometime.

'Twas a grey and overcast day. I felt a few drops of rain but didn't see anything more.

Saturday's high at Vancouver Harbour was 14 C, the low was 10 C.

We need to send this image as a public service advisory to the orange madman currently occupying the White House.

Currently _2C and sunny in Moncton at 9 AM, going up to +8C this afternoon.

Rain all day yesterday, but it was generally welcome as we have been ina moisture deficit ever since early last summer. We got much less snow than usual over the wintertime. Forestry officials are worried about a bad fire season, especially if the el Nino predictions are accurate.

It looks like mid to low double digits for us this coming week. Last night we dropped to 2.4 and we're sitting at 5.4 at 10 am under clear sunny skies. It's too breezy for my liking this morning but winds will lessen as the day moves along.
