Not surprised. Corporate dipshittery at its finest. I work with nitwits like this every day and (being somewhat of an artist myself) i can say the rot is systemic. Like any super rich buffoon who too much money and too little class and even less smarts, Google just wanted something to brag about with zero Fs given about the process or any semblance of integrity. Like i said, it’s not just Google, it’s all of corporate America, just packed to the gills with idiots and know nothings. And before someone starts crying about all the jobs they create and all the money their companies create, l dont care. The jobs suck and they hoard all the money, as if that’s something to crow about.

I was told by a Google employee this week that all the Chicago offices will move to the TC in 2027.

Does anyone else find it odd that despite all of the focus on enclosure and energy efficiency that the original oculus skylight glass seems to be remaining? As finishes as the rest of the roof is, and with the interiors starting to progress along, it's hard to believe that it would be replaced now, but maybe that is still in the plans.
