Hospitals have been gradually evolving their staff ratios between NP, RN, RPN, PSW, PT and OT.

Makes no sense to have RN's doing sponge baths and changing bed pans.

Having said that the unions have been complaining about staff shortages forever and will still be complaining generations from now.

There is a reason why the ONA has been trying to represent the PSW's.
