Bummer. Would a purchaser get the lot zoned for 20 floors? Looks a bit like a Toronto-style zoning pump

^ This one barely qualifies as "unbuilt" IMO. Other than a pretty sketch, there was not much actual work that happened on this one - just an idea.

Nice work!

All it needs is a couple of black or grey vertical stripes and it would be a believable Carrington or Paragon special.

In all seriousness though...it would still be good infill for that strip of Marion.
