What REALLY needs to happen is for the developer to acquire 257-263 W 34 St (pictured above with the adorable face made from streetlights on its side) so this new corner development can be designed to mask the awful cantilevered 255 W 34 St next door. That would-be ideal and would go a long way in repairing the urban fabric.
