this page on the Market street bridge construction around 30st station . Phase 1 is under construction now, which I think is just rehab, but later on they're adding a big bike lane to the
Market Street bridge witch concrete barriers . Unfortunately it looks like the bike lane ends immediately at 30th street going west.
