Many things to pore through here, but one small piece of North Shore-related info I noted: there's a little more to go on with recommendations for the extension of the R2 to Metrotown. Translink is recommending cutting the 222 entirely, but keeping the 130 with most trips starting and ending at Kootenay Loop, except at peak travel times where they'll start and end at Phibbs Exchange.

Elsewhere they say they want to create a new bus route between Phibbs Exchange and 29th Avenue Station so that North Van can access East Van more easily, and vice versa.
Skimming through the plan now.

I'd have been surprised if they kept the 222. It's a rush hour only limited stop route (previously there was one that ended at Patterson instead of Metrotown) that's basically a duplicate of the new R2 RapidBus route.

For all the people here who think the River District is out in the boonies - it looks like the plan is to have it be the terminus for some of the north - south routes, such as the 20 Victoria Drive.
