I still don't really like the concrete(?) siding prefab things, but the glass area with the "blocks" that protrude out is fantastic. Really looks interesting and neat.

This one is wrapping up. It's surprisingly hard to photograph this one up close. Also, between the building and the armory is a new landscaped pedestrian walkway

One of the better new high-rises. Reminds me of something you would see in Kendall Square.

This one is wrapping up. Sidewalks are all open and there's a coming soon sign for a bagel place on the ground floor.

Am I the only one who thinks this is a visual mess? It seems to be trying way too hard. Everything, everywhere, all at once.

I think a lot of it is good, but those reverse upside-down terraced jut-outs detract quite a bit from what could have been really great.

I appreciate that there's a level of design integrity, geometry, and depth, even if the final product is a bit incohesive. It reminds me more of something you'd see in Cambridge or Kendall Square, which I mean as a compliment.

Even with the critiques, this is still leaps and bounds better than most of the schlock going up around the city.
