Nice job.

This is going to look ridiculous. Hopefully, Gary will nix the theme park ride. I don't think it's worth the cost.

Rooms begin on level 5. Restaurants and ballroom in the base.

They never did disclose.

Additionally, the filing says that the company has signed a letter of intent with an unnamed hotel chain that would also help firm up the financing. The brand has agreed to invest in the project’s construction and provide a guarantee that might allow Extell to land an additional $150M mezzanine loan.

It's not gonna be concrete, it's never been. They'd have to shape the concrete otherwise, its still going to be metal panels or glass.

Yeah, it's been shown in renderings as being clad top to bottom.

Thanks!

I wonder why Gary is so intent on building this ride. It seems like it would be pretty expensive, and I doubt that it would generate much revenue.

The building would look far better with a multistory crown that could provide a restaurant, bar, and amenities.

It's in the heart of the tourist district. Of course it will generate revenue, especially as a one-of-a-kind attraction. That may have not been an original intention, but the space is there, they may as well make use of it.

I hope that the city rezones 8th Avenue in the 40s and 50s to inceltivize the construction of tall residential buildings. The 15 block stretch from the PA to Columbus Circle has a lot of filthy garbage.
