It will be amazing when complete, but it will be a strange patchwork neighbourhood while under construction. Because it is not being built simultaneously and with there being no internal street network it will be odd when some buildings start filling up with tenants.
If you live in one of the buildings along the Rail Line will the access to your building be across the gravel parking lot (with no street network)? What will the landscaping look like if one of the buildings gets cancelled. Will it just have hoarding or a chain link fence around the site.
This scenario doesn't seem as noticeable when there is a street grid. I am not advocating for internal streets either, rather interested in how it will play out as this is a rather unique development.
