Hawksworth were only due to take on the lease this year, and are supposedly planning significant renovations, so it may not be operating this year, depending on what those renovations comprise, and how fast they can get the necessary permits and then contractors on site.
I hope they at least get the concession open. On another note, Batch was busy despite it being a dreary overcast day.

I think it's a mistake to lease the concession to the same operator… if you're also running a higher-end restaurant upstairs, there's no incentive to keep it open.

I mean that's if there was a healthy market for a concession only restaurant operator. The restaurant is forced to operate the concession as part of their contract.

Just read an article saying the concession was optional for the restaurant lease.
