it looks like this place is being built out when i drove by the other day.

though it may have been renamed to "Talistar" still by Polygon.

Different project. Fiorella was completed a couple of years ago. Talistar is across the street.

I should go check this one out soon. I remember it had a huge retaining was with a lot of soil material to settle it down. Wonder what it's like today...

Some of my photos from Feb. 17, 2026 which I have been procrastinating on posting. Also might want to rename the thread to "Talistar", I believe an earlier Polygon tower in the area was called Fiorella.

Seems like the current site plan. Aurora is the first finished tower (?) and then the affordable/market rental wood frames next to it.

The rezoning mentions they'll put a full traffic signal at that intersection in the future?
