In Vancouver it's been another nice day, sunny and a high of about 10°C. Colder and wetter weather is in the offing.

-6C with a wind chill of -15 and a mix of sun and clouds. After yesterday, i had no intention of braving the cold so stayed inside all day.

As high as 1C overnight. Then by morning, it made it down to -7C (wind chill of -17).

The warmspot was Osoyoos, BC at 14.9C.

Warmest low was Sandheads, BC at 7.7C.

=10C and partly cloudy in Moncton at 10 AM, going up to -3C this afternoon.

The warm-up begins tomorrow, +6C followed by +12C, +10C and +13C!!!

I'm so excited, I think I will go outside this weekend and prance around in the puddles created by all the melting snow!!!

Not exactly the palm tree weather of Portugal here in Calgary, but it's sunny and 12C. Tomorrow forecast is sunny and 17C, and then temps drop again.

Today's aesthetic was brown and grey. Not much to write home about. Thunderstorms rolling through tonight.

Low of -10C (wind chill of -18) this morning.

The warmspot was Windsor, ON at 15.7C.

Warmest low was Discovery Island and Esquimalt Harbour, BC 7.6C.

Back in stupid Newfoundland for my morning coffee

An aside, given I mentioned that comparison I was told about Lisbon being the Toronto to Porto's Montreal, meant to be a comparison favourable to Porto. Going through my pics now to clear out my phone. I loved Porto, don't get me wrong, but didn't even feel the need to double check if I missed anything. Just selected all those days, delete lol Definitely preferred Lisbon subconsciously, I guess! Thinking about it, I think Porto is probably too sleepy/pretty/perfect like Edinburgh. Not enough grit for me, or variety in atmosphere. Interesting. Would not have assumed that beforehand ever - and even expected the opposite lol

Some aspects of Lisbon gave me Montreal vibes. Porto not at all. It's a really nice city, but it felt much smaller and more buttoned down than Lisbon. You don't have those park kiosks everywhere like you do in Lisbon, for instance.

Neither city reminded me even remotely of Toronto. The only place in Europe that has ever given me Toronto vibes is London.

+7C and partly cloudy in Moncton at 10 PM. It rained most of the day.

Next three days will be +12C, +12C and +14C, a real teaser of the upcoming spring. Alas the rest of the week will be closer to the freezing mark with either showers or flurries.

Up to 7C today. Some showers later in the afternoon but earlier was great with sunshine. Big melt is on. The sooner the snow, the better (and the sooner we can warm up properly).

Low of 2C this morning with rain showers.

The warmspot was Hamilton, ON at 20.4C.

Warmest low was Lytton, BC at 8.9C.

First humidex of the year in Vineland, ON. Humidex reading of 24.

^ That first street is goals.

Sunny, springy day here.

Its kind of astonishing how quickly snow drops come up after a couple mild days.

6C this afternoon. Mainly cloudy with some sunny breaks. Gusty wind so it's not as pleasant as the temperature might indicate.

Peaked at 9C very early this morning.

The warmspot was Warfield, BC at 18.2C.

Warmest low was Hope, BC at 7.9C.
