Here is the caption accompanying this illustration (found on Facebook).

Summer nights just got an upgrade ☀️

Coming this summer, our brand-new rooftop patio is designed to bring neighbours together and elevate everyday living. Whether you’re starting your morning in the community garden, unwinding in the gazebo with friends, or hosting a sunset BBQ, this space was created with connection in mind.

Enjoy a dedicated games area for a little friendly competition, a fully equipped BBQ station, and a stylish wet bar, perfect for entertaining. With comfortable seating for conversation and dining, plus beautifully designed gathering spaces throughout, the rooftop will be the go-to spot for relaxing, socializing, and soaking up the views.
This would make a great community space for residents of the Three Sisters.

Can't wait to move in, in about 10 years. Meanwhile, I'll just live my happy early retirement life in my rent free house.

Has anyone heard anything on the European grocery store? It feels like quite awhile since they started work on it.

Coming soon signage is still plastered all over the windows. I presume they were just taking it slow over the winter. Hoping for a late spring or early summer opening.

Good news. They will be going full tilt on the Gateway Towers by then.

Lafford does have that old Tim Horton's lot on Albert Street that could accommodate one more tower. It is possible (dependent on market conditions).

I took a look threw the window and it looks empty, as if no work has happened at all.

I found this interactive map on The Three Sisters website showing how many units are still vacant and their prices. Out of 450 units there is only 139 units left and the third building isn’t open till June..

Took a tour of some units this afternoon which are still under construction in tower 3. Here's a patio view from the 11th floor.

Apparently the host mentioned all units in tower 1 and 2 and all leased out, except for one unit in tower 2. However, there are a few units coming up for lease in these two towers soon. I think those are the ones you see within that interactive map.

Tower 3 has some very impressive layouts and views. Can't wait to move in, in about 8-10 years when I decide to downsize.

Photo does no justice to actually standing on the patio.

The balconies on that particular side will be fantastic for Canada Day concerts and fireworks

Just imagine the view in 30 years time when that surface parking has been replaced by dense urbanity.
