Pretty much completed on the exterior, view from Irishtown Bend Park (currently under construction).

All photos below were taken by me today. I had seen this building many times before but always from miles away. This was my first time seeing it up close.

sw received permission for occupancy for the first 13 floors.

full occupancy is expected early 2026.

Might be the floor count and girth but in pictures it looks a bit shorter than stated height.

It's a bit reminiscent of the Millennium Tower in SF, which isn't that much taller at 645 ft, but has 58 floors.

The closest "match" is Pickard Chilton's 300 North Lasalle - shortened, the roof corners hiked up at different angles and a few reveals added to the facade.
