I'm a 5 minute drive from Oakville Town Hall, but I've never called it Town Hall. It seems almost foolish to call it that. City Hall rolls off the tongue better and it's the building that represents a municipality the size of a city. I mean, how often is the term "Town Hall" used, even for actual towns? City Hall just sounds so much better.
