Man I wanna say those bright strips of glazing with the black operational inserts look pretty good.

But then of course they never bothered to clean or scrub the precast? If that was cleaned up to its day 1 appearance this building would look pretty sharp.

Jimmy the lot attendant is gonna pull your new car from around back. Don't worry about that yellow bollard strip down the right side of your car.

The bar is never to low for this town sometimes.

Thanks zzptichka! It doesn't look terrible.

I agree with Pony Boy, a good cleaning would help. My biggest gripe remains the ridiculous amount of parking and general lack of improvement to the public realm.

Its a bit underwhelming and low density for something so close to the LRT station but its better than what it is now.
