I actually don’t hate it that much. I think it should have had more window frontage to the street, but otherwise is okay.

Foundation removal and excavation has started at 252 Good St. The old funeral home was demolished about 2 or 3 months ago I think.

130 Sherbrooke St expected to start this spring, number of affordable units cut from 38 to 18 due to lack of funding from CMHC.
