The nearly supertall Capriani Residences has reached the 9th floor and will use a self climbing construction system per this article:

Its ahead of Okan and Waldorf so it should temporarily be Miami's tallest for a little while.

Currently at 872ft of 950ft. It is also currently Miami's tallest building until Waldorf Astoria surpasses it soon.
