Interesting, the initial proposal for this nearby project had a tower that looked really like the current Waldorf stack of cubes. Anyone knows if that building (obviously not Phase 1, that one is completed already) is still planned, now that it would almost have a twin?

Any updates? I’d assume it’s continuing to go up (out of curiosity, how long per cube, more or less?)

It's on cube number five out of nine. It's close to 600 FT tall.

Great pics! It looks to be around +/- 600ft mark now based on being a little taller than the 538ft tall Vizcayne towers next door.

Nice. Can’t wait to see the final product with a few more cubes’ worth of height!

Beautiful pic! Can’t wait to see the final product once completed! I believe that the structure, at least, will be completed by this summer!

^ In my case, a few years, and I agree with him, lots of new buildings have appeared since my last visit. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

No, it probably tops out by the end of 2026. By the way, Miami now has a second supertall under construction, the new Citadel headquarters tower. I walked by the site the other day. There was a ton of heavy equipment on site, and piling for the foundation has begun.

Ok! That was just a very rough guesstimate, based on the time it took per "cube" so far. Maybe the higher cubes will be slower? That would make some sense, actually.
