what will fill the tower? I mean, what sort of demand is there for office space in Jeddah?

I'm confused. I read articles that say this project is currently under construction. Is there any possible way to either confirm that it is or to say that it isn't. And by construction I mean crews actively working on site.

Ahh yes, the quintessential megatall skyscraper in the middle of nowhere aka an desert oasis being built for no other reason other than hey look at me I'm money laundering oil funds. I guess it will still be interesting to see it completed
