Those areas might have a larger share as probably more counties in Texas were pushed even further into negative ground.
And including Sherman-Denison MSA (Dallas) and Huntsville (MSA) we have an extra 22,000 people between 2020-2024. So over 86.3% of the entire growth happened in those areas.
I'd bet by the end of the decade, the growth outside those will be close to zero.
