Speaking of EV... does anyone have insight on Telsa opening up on Brownlow? Seems to always be one step forward, two steps back

I see that Armour Group has applied for a Development Only Permit for an 80,000sqft office building at 236 Brownlow Avenue. The application indicates it'll be a mix of 4-5 storeys and be connected with a pedway to the existing building. This is the same spot as Tesla. There is empty space on the end of the property closest to Burnside Drive. I believe they intended to do this years ago when they tore down part of the existing building and built the parking structure, then the pandemic hit.
