What an ugly assemblage this lot is.

The rainbow of browns and tans is horrible, and then you throw in the random chaotic look to the facade, and it's a cry for a redo. The taller one is not so terrible, because at least for the most part it maintains a consistent look on the taller portion... but then you turn the corner and then it becomes an assemblage of the criticism of the shorter building.

Somehow, I'm not surprised by your dislike of the "browns and tans". It's a shame you can't appreciate the diversity of materials and relief from a dense canyon of semi-transparent glass towers. Nevertheless, it's easy for some to fall for facadism and to mistrust the much-needed relief offered by unconventional motifs.

The brown/tan facades do a good job providing contrast to the nearby all-glass towers without looking out-of-place. If this was all-glass too it wouldn’t have its own identity. A good use of materials imo.

As far as the design, I don't mind the browns and tans as it provides a nice warm earthy contrast to the cool glass in the surrounding buildings, but would've preferred it if they just continued the circled part throughout the rest of the low-mid rise portions. The tower portion of the project looks fine as is.
