Cipriani Residences Miami has just passed the 265-metre mark, becoming the tallest skyscraper in Florida and the tallest residential tower south of New York. These images shared by Moss Construction and Thornton Tomasetti captured the mixed-use tower rising in Miami's Brickell neighbourhood.

When it completes in 2027, the Arquitectonica-designed structure will stand 290-metres above the city and feature some 397 residential units across its 85-storeys.
