Seattle's East Link (2 Line) will fully open Saturday, March 28. Previously they'd said April or end of May at the latest.
This will double frequency interlining with the existing 1 Line from Lynnwood to Chinatown/ID to 4-5 minutes (depending on time of day), then split off to one new station in each in Seattle and Mercer Island then hit the already-open stretch from Bellevue to Redmond.
This will be the biggest new service in Seattle since the first line opened in 2009.
