Article say the old bridge will be pedestrian? That is fantastic. I would imagine lots of people would be happy to cycle/walk to the high school adjacent whereas before that would be a sketchy ride at peak hours.
Not a fan of.. Just one More LAne Bro!.. but at a certain point you obviously need connections that make sense and improve safety.
Seems like there would be a continuous connection to Chapman Mills BRT as well. Between this and hopefully a connection to a Fallowfield LRT extension this would provide some good connectivity to the rest of the city for the people in Halfmoon Bay.
