The tiers are interesting, and it looks like there will be a glass atrium as well? I'm looking forward to seeing mother renders as they come out.

No atrium, its a U-shaped building with a courtyard. The glass box is an amenity room on the ninth floor.

North side of Taylor, west of Kenaston. Situated about halfway between Kenaston and the existing development on the west side of the site.

I wanted it flipped upside down so the steps were cantilevers!
