Yeah the lights are permanent. I wonder why they are so bright? Is is because the tower is so tall? Also before the red lights come on there are white flashing lights as well up there.
Do you guys seriously prefer JPMorgan Chase Tower in Houston or this? I very much prefer Waterline and I'm grateful Austin even has something over 1000' tall.
