17 in Calgary right now, and the wind isn't too bad at all. Will probably be a 60k headwind in time for my bike ride home, but I had a beer on a patio in January so worth it!

Always amazes me how cold it gets here in the winter, despite being on an island, next to the ocean, at sea level, at 33 degrees North (nearly the same as LA).
We have had at least around 20 frosty morning too, with the lowest being -4 so far, yet parts of Victoria have yet to freexe this year!
