It's weird Cyril publicly mused about releasing details by the end of 2025 and now basically saying no work has been done. I hope we at least get a general site plan at the NCC Board Meeting.
I would expect that they could start (and finish) decontamination by the end of this year, and if they apply for a CIP, the City better approve it.
