Yeah, and it's sort of on an "island", isolated from the rest of Orleans. Who will go outside the residents of Petrie's Landing and the few students and staff from La Cité?
If the City could improve Tweddle to the beach, with a proper MUP + build the ped bridge to Trim Station, then it's a game changer.
